Ernest Warther's impossibly perfect locomotive carvings make up the bulk of this well-mounted museum. Also here is his wife's collection of over 70,000 buttons.

Mrs. Warther's buttons are equally impressive.
[Elizabethanne Fuller Murray, 01/11/2012]World master carver Ernest Warthers' carvings of trains. What he did with ivory and wood is remarkable . Family run the displays and talk about his life. There is still a knife factory that he started and there are also tours of this. His wife collected buttons and these are displayed in Mrs. Carver's Button House. All children are given hand carved pliers.
