Tin Lizard Bottle Trees

This beautiful collection of glass and steel is easily seen from the road. The artist was there to greet us and tell us all about these sculptures which she and her husband create. They don't allow photos and don't even seem to be trying to sell anything.

Tin Lizard Bottle Trees

On the east edge of Llano, Tx on Highway 29 sits a house where Kathleen Smith displays her bottle trees and mosaic creations. There are smaller sculptures and bare trees for purchase (to decorate with your own bottles) but most of the displays are there to walk around and admire. Down by the creek there's an old car sculpture with animals and a large mosaic rabbit by the driveway.
