We went to the Silver Queen on a weekday so that may be the reason fun-ness was a little slow. Wasn't bothered when I walked in, looked around and took photos. Seemed to be a little disorganized this day.

Natali's photo of the dry marker brag board at the Silver Queen notes its importance in the histories of author Mark Twain (who worked there), 1970s pop duo the Captain and Tennille (who were married there), and Zak Bagin (who filmed an episode of Ghost Adventures there). It also claims that its back bar, built in 1876, was at one time the "tallest in the world."
