Smiley Face Water Tower

Currently no smiley-faced "Visit Beloit" branding on the water tower. Just a blank, stark surface.

Smiley Face Water Tower

This water tower is located in Beloit's Industrial Park along I-90. It just brings a smile to your face when you see it. It is the logo of "Visit Beloit" which is the Convention and Visitors Bureau. It represents all the friendly people who live in Beloit, WI.
