Animatronic, motion-triggered people and creatures in a maze-like exhibit: the largest collection of Mardi Gras costumes in the world. Visitors can try on masks, pose on an indoor float. Opened in 1998; closed by damage from Hurricane Laura on August 27, 2020. Plans to reopen in a new location.

The second floor of an old school building has been stuffed by this volunteer organization with its large collection of Mardi Gras costumes, and enhanced with animated mannequins and a couple of chatty, gumbo-dodging chickens. There's also a display on how "King Cakes" (colorfully frosted, containing a bonus baby Jesus) are made.
