Very interesting little museum! You can clearly see the progression of soaring laid out through the displays. There are retired gliders and full-sized replicas everywhere. You can also take a glider ride on good weather days between April and October. If you are in the area and fascinated by flight, it is worth the trip!

The National Soaring Museum houses many early sailplanes as well as more modern ones. There are old military versions. The museum is well done. Visitors also have the opportunity to take a ride in a sail plane for a fee!
