Ghost Bicycle Fence

I think the ghost bicycle fence has been removed. We drove up to see it on 13 March and could not find it in the location provided.

Ghost Bicycle Fence

This is a pretty well-traveled but rural road famous for its spectacular fall scenery, so I've no idea what the meaning of this fence made of ghostly white bicycles is all about. A little creepy, maybe, but certainly eye-catching. And maybe that's the point.
