It was so worth a detour, seeing all the skulls/skeletons. Make sure and see the flesh eating bugs in the lobby.

Museum of Osteology

One of the best museums in Oklahoma City. The kids loved it! Anything not in glass, you can touch. Nice scavenger hunt for the kids too. Completely fascinating!

The Museum of Osteology is associated with Skulls Unlimited, which was featured on an episode of Dirty Jobs on the Discovery Channel.

The museum offers its collection of hundreds of animal skulls and skeletons for the public to peruse, with examples of locomotion and adaptation. Educational, but it's bones!
