It's a steep, curvy, and rough drive up to the top of the World's Highest Hill, but worth the awesome view on a clear day. You can see for miles. There is a newer sign atop the hill and a viewing platform has been added. The drive up will take longer than you expect, so be patient!

There is a monument that is placed at the top of Cavanal. The view from the World's Highest Hill of the Poteau River Valley is so beautiful! A great place to bring your family.

My hometown's claim to fame is Cavanal Hill! It is Officially "The World's Highest Hill." At 1,999 feet, it is only one foot from being a Mountain!
There is a Rock Marker at the top of the hill.
