I am the one who has developed The Church at Texas and I apologize for its appearance. It is not always perfect, mostly due to my crippling neuropathy and no knees worth standing on, as I am alone. I understand your expectation should be high, and again I do apologize on behalf of YAHWEH AND YAHSHUA, THE FATHER AND THE SON OF HEAVEN AND EARTH. May they send me a helpmate.
[Elliott, 04/17/2018]We stopped at several places from Roadside American on our way to Galveston, and this by far was the most disappointing stop. It was a junky mess on the inside of the chapel, and the outside was not much better.
[Misty, 04/25/2015]Stopped here on drive from Dallas to Houston. Building and grounds are in disrepair. Looks pretty shabby. Disappointing.
[Terry, 01/12/2014]Tiny Chapel - The Church at Texas
This site is easily noticed by the number of hand painted signs by the highway saying things like "JESUS WON SATAN LOST" and "COME TO GOD." There are two portions divided by a small pond. The northern side contains a small stage and a gazebo, and the southern side contains the one room chapel, about 20'x15'. The chapel is always open. Outside the chapel is a horse trough converted into a baptismal font.
The congregation itself appears to be very pro-Israel. Inside the chapel are a couple of pews, a row of desks, an Israeli flag, a pulpit (with the King James Bible), a cross and menorah, and a very small organ.
