The Boy Scout Catfish was part of the Catfish Out of Water project, promoting and benefiting the Cumberland River Compact, Greenways and the Parthenon in 2003. Around 50 local artists painted a fiberglass catfish statue and they were placed all over the city. About 4 months later they were auctioned off. We have one at our house.

Sits in front of the Boy Scout Headquarters right in plain sight; very interesting and funny sculpture.
It's on a very busy street -- no parking unless they let you park at the Boy Scout Headquarters. Best to see if you turn around and come from the other direction.
