Fun little stop! Guided tour with admission. Lots of bones and artifacts to touch, and kids can find arrowheads in sand boxes to take home.

The site's location, at the interface between the open buffalo pastures of the Great Plains and the shelter of the Black Hills, made it a magnet for many native American groups vying for the area. The bone site was discovered during the construction of I-90 during the early 1970s.
