[John Ousterhout, 11/01/2005]Alongside Interstate 84 in Wendell, Idaho, is a muffler man made up as a cowboy. He is advertising an RV park. Dressed in blue jeans, a yellow shirt, and a grey cowboy hat (that's how you can tell he's a cowboy), our big friend holds a stop sign on a pole. The stop sign is like those used by flaggers to control traffic in road construction zones -- the only problem is that is a regular sized stop sign so it looks like a toy in his hands. The hands are in the standard configuration.
