Interesting and whimsical sculptures in a beautiful country setting. At the entrance is a sculpture that booms when it senses a temperature change. An entire area is set aside for musical sculptures and another for sculptures that evoke children's playthings. Picnic tables near the front encourage people to sit and eat the picnic lunches they bring. The park is free and open to the public. It subsists primarily on donations, volunteers and a few small grants.

Monarch Sculpture Park is a delightful and unexpected site to visit. There are over 150 sculptures on the grounds, from the whimsical to the serious. It is a great place for families as there is a sound garden of musical instruments to play and a 2/3 of an acre hedge maze in the shape of a butterfly.
