Larry Werth took unwanted buildings from the local near-ghost town of Symco and made his own private village: school, church, post office, gas station, etc. Hosts big custom car and tractor festivals every summer.

We wandered in and happened to find a volunteer on site. The village is mostly focused on threshing festivals, but have operating businesses during events. Website is www.symcoutc.com for more info. Lots of great history stored here.
