The monument isn't easy to see from the path. It's a very short distance from the parking lot. Down the path past the playground is a lake. When you get there, there are four bushes to your left. The monument is behind them, facing away from the path.
[Amy, 09/01/2024]There is a nice walkway to the pond with four signs describing the broadcast set up along the way. Their are also restrooms, a water fountain, picnic benches, swing set and slides play stuff.

Four informative displays were added near the monument by Danny Fitzpatrick for his Eagle Scout project in 2013. They are along the short path from the parking lot to the pond, about 50-feet behind the monument.
[John Francis, 07/13/2018]Literally just a park with a pond and a trail with the story of the broadcast. Worth a stop if you're about 20 mins away.
