The large knife and spoon are no longer displayed on the nearby building. The road sign beside the fork is gone, but the Stop sign is still there.

Super cute sight. Be careful, for it really is on a fork in the road, and cars are zipping around you. The bar across the street has a matching knife and spoon on the porch.

[John P., 04/28/2011]Towards the end of Main Street in Centerport you are faced with the decision to head left, to a small town called Shoemakersville, or right, to parts unknown (I suppose not actually unknown, I've just never had need to go that way). To mark the location, there is a 9-foot steel fork planted at the intersection of the roads. A very cute, if corny landmark!
