White King stands, stuffed, in a former casino. His giant statues rear up over the otherwise inviting entrances. In 2022 the casino was being remodeled as a haunted house, with White King still in residence.

[Ryan Stoker, 09/04/2022]The casino appears to be permanently closed.
[Aurora, 07/09/2021]News reports from early 2021 were that the casino was "temporarily closed for updating." But the giant White King statues outside are still visible.
White King at the Commercial Hotel in Elko is the largest bear that I have ever seen (and I have seen a lot of stuffed animals). I felt so small standing next to him. Afterward the employees gave me money to gamble with in the casino. How cool is that?
