If you've hit a jackpot in Sin City then you're rich enough to drive a bulldozer, just like working people! That seems to be part of the appeal of Dig This, which has opened in an empty lot in downtown Las Vegas. Participants pay $400 for three hours. They get an equipment and safety orientation, then move dirt from one spot to another using power shovels and bulldozers outfitted with climate-controlled cabs. The attraction began in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, but closed in 2010. Moving to Las Vegas makes sense; the city has well-heeled tourists and year-round dirt. Dig This plans to host special "Mega Day" events featuring extra-extra-large equipment, and is selling an "Excavate and Exfoliate" spa package.
