Wild Thing Hay Bales

The hay bales that look like "Where the Wild Things Are" were not to be found in late September 2014. At the address there was a farm selling pumpkins, but no dressed-up hay bales were to be found.

That's unfortunate but not surprising. Hay bale art is only slightly more long-lived than blow-up King Kongs at car dealerships and statues at seasonal fireworks stands.
