The large green dinosaur is gone. I stopped at the U-haul office next door and was told that I missed seeing it by about a month. The business that owned the dinosaur was sold and the building was torn down. The new owners had no use for a dinosaur, and because it was too big to move, it was dismantled and thrown away. What a shame.

Salvaged from a closed mini-golf, a dinosaur that once had mechanical moving parts is supported in its dotage by a bone for a cane. Stands next to a busy highway beneath a large billboard; it's hard to tell whether it enhances or detracts from the advertising message of Suncoast Hospice.

In front of Florida's Brick and Paver is an old go kart park's mechanical dinosaur. There is an ant as well.
