Four Corners USA

There are a ton of vendors selling Native American crafts and jewelry. It's fantastic because it gives you more to do than just stand on the spot.

Do not buy tickets for entry on the internet, because it's somehow not recognized by the Four Corners. Had a great time otherwise; take cash and debit to buy jewelry and cool trinkets.

New bathrooms are being built and they look really nice! Be prepared to wait in line to take your picture at the marker. It says limit 3 pictures per person, but people were taking lots more!

Break the rules in four states at once!

Hit Four Corners -- this is where Arizona, Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico meet at the corner. Pretty neat. The boys wanted to sit putting their buns in all four states So we said - go for it! Price was moderate -- $5 each. We enjoyed a refreshing snow cone ($2) and fried bread with cinnamon and sugar... it was great!

Backbend in four states.

Four Corners Monument

The Four Corners sign said that this was open until 5 PM, but we got there at 3 PM and it was closed. My granddaughter and I went back the next day at 9 AM and it was open and no waiting. It is so cool. Admission was a bit high, but worth it. Only two vendors, but they were friendly. Made me feel at home. There was only one other couple there and they stayed to watch my granddaughter do a backbend in four states. We found this to be a "wicked awesome" place to see.
