Trade Winds Motel - Elvis Room

The Trade Winds Inn Motel is slated to be demolished. We could get inside the fence, but the Elvis room has been cleared of all of its belongings.

[Deb McDaris, 02/02/2023]

We checked with the Route 66 museum across the street. The furniture and art from Room 215 did not go there. They did not know where it might be. See Deb's pics in This Exit For News.

Elvis Stayed Here Motel

Don't even think of staying here. Might not be worth a stop. Museum is across the street and is splendid.

A museum... about the motel where Elvis stayed? Sorry -- it's the very fine Oklahoma Route 66 Museum.
