The tour of a copper mine abandoned in 1974 includes a ride on a mine train (about 5 minutes) and a demonstration of mine tools from the period. The highlight is a multimedia show at the end using lighting and special effects to show how mined rock was processed to extract copper and other precious metals. Other exhibits show the impact the mine had on the area from an environmental and social perspective.
