Weyburn, Saskatchewan, Canada: Statue of Tommy Douglas, Greatest Canadian of All Time
Douglas was a premier of Saskatchewan, but the statue exists because he was the father of Canada's universal health care system. He was also grandfather of actor Kiefer Sutherland, who attended the statue's dedication. Canadian TV viewers voted him the Greatest Canadian of All Time in 2004.
