In what apparently is a very buggy part of the Dominion, a big metal mosquito atop a pole carries off a hapless human -- and also holds a big knife and fork.

Exactly what it says. Could use a paint job but I'm glad I got to see it. Expected it to be by a restaurant being that he was holding a knife and fork, but there was nothing there!
