A tourist trifecta of a life-size Mastodon -- one was found nearby in 1991 -- photo-ops of a Flintstones house and car, and a sign marking the halfway point between the Equator and North Pole.

The halfway marker is inside the park and can't get to it if not open, but you can get a pic of it from the patio next to ice cream shop.

Located as part of the Visitor Center for the area. Informational boards are about Bay of Fundy, sea life, and local activities. There are covered picnic tables, and plenty of RV Parking. Short walking trial to the river. Good stop for kids and adults.

World's Largest Mastodon

Mastodon Ridge has the World's Largest (artificial) Mastodon, named Marvin, as well as some Flintstones statues and a mini-golf course! It's also halfway between the Equator and the North Pole.
