A 25-foot-tall prospector with the bushy beard, ragged hat, and glazed eyes of someone who's been alone for far too long. He holds aloft his pick and a giant gold nugget in triumph. Built in the 1960s.

- In Bonanza Park, a small gold-panning attraction surrounded by the parking lot for Northlands Park, which is Edmonton's fairground and event center. From 112 Ave. turn north onto 73 St. NW. When you reach the gates to Northlands, the small square of trees straight ahead in the parking lot is Bonanza Park. Klondike Mike stands on its west side.
