The Dry Run Road sign is hidden behind tree limbs. It's right across the street from the Methodist church, right before you drive out of the little town area with the nicely landscaped median.

This oddity, located at the junction of Pocohontas Ave. and Hillcrest Rd. in Covington, VA is well known to the people who live in this area. King Kong took up residence in the mid-1980s, and his buffalo companion took up residence a few years later.
Please note that these figures are located on PRIVATE PROPERTY but they are easily viewable from the public road. Please be considerate and view these from the street and do not trespass or harass the property owner.
