Neat find! A little off the paved path, drive slowly if you're in a small car. He's currently surrounded by bits of construction material.

Clarification on the directions...heading south on US 19, south of the town of Shinnston, turn right AFTER the high school. The gravel road is just a bit north of the junction with WV 20. You'll see the nuclear cooling towers across the river from Repair King. Kind of ironic.

This is a giant coal miner. It's in front of Repair King. You have to turn in next to Lincoln High School. The coal miner is named Charlie. He has a real light in his miners cap. My dad says he's been there for many years.
