Sandstone Fort
The Sandstone Fort is a bunch of random, eroded sandstone on the side of the highway. It was pretty cool. Fun for hanging out and relaxing, with some unique grafitti. Be warned that there is lots of broken glass, so you may not want to bring kids here that like to touch things.
The sandstone fort is located on the northbound side of the road, as is the buffalo.

A natural sandstone outcropping alongside what was evidently a rest area, this looks related to the Dakota Wall formations in southern Colorado's Stonewall (Las Animas and Huerfano counties). Worth a stop just to break the monotony of the run between Cheyenne and Ft Collins.
