Great sculptures that have messages. Free and quite a few to look at. Right off of 395, so if you are heading down the road it doesn't take you far off the beaten path. My favorite sculpture is the one that reads "Be Kind Not Right."

A new sculpture has been added to the collection! He's a bright green guy in pink polka-dot shorts with a belt buckle that reads, "EGO." In his four arms he holds a solar panel, some flowers, a dollar sign... and he's about to eat a hapless, screaming squirrel. We always stop and give and take little treasures. Great for kids, easy access.

Try to interpret each art piece and compare to the interpretations of those around you.

The dirt road is tricky to find! The "be kind..." statues weren't there anymore that I could see. However they have a "give and take" sculpture that's pretty awesome! You leave something in the "give" bucket and "take" from the take bucket.

Several pieces of roadside sculptures that make you think just a little bit: One says "Be Kind, not right."
There is a give/take sculpture with instructions that read: "Give and Take. Put something in give container then retrieve something from take container. You can give without taking, But not the other way around. If you choose to take without giving, the mirror will make you face yourself and the eyes will follow you for ever and ever. Just like in real life."
There is also is a larger sculpture of a girl with a briefcase.
