Marilyn Monroe Statue in Chicago

Pretty cool statue. Worth getting out of the car. While you are here, the Billy Goat Tavern is just across the street and down the stairs below the street. Get your picture looking up her dress then go get a burger! This is in the middle of tourist central so be prepared for small crowds around the statue and lots of people in the area.

This 26-foot sculpture of Marilyn Monroe was unveiled on July 15th 2011. It depicts Ms Monroe as she appeared in a scene in the 1955 movie "The Seven Year Itch," where her dress goes flying up as she stands over a New York subway grate.

This sculpture was really well done and looks awesome.
