Big Pancake Cowboy

The cowboy statue is gone. I drove by at night a few weeks ago and didn't see it, so I was back in the area this weekend during the day and, sure enough, he is gone. The other two nearby cowboys are still in their locations.

It sits outside of someone's home, and you have to park on the service road to see it/take photo. The people there may not be so keen on having you around, despite the fact that lights are installed around the cowboy to help him be seen. Whatever he had been placed for, it doesn't seem to be for pancakes, as the Waffle House is down the street . . .

I always thought these were from TJ's country place. TJ's is a local chain. At one time they had many restaurants in Columbus. Sadly, they have closed many, but they still are a great family place to eat and the Barnyard Buster is great for breakfast!

Big Cowboy

This guy used to sit outside the Western Pancake House, just a little ways north of his current location, when I was a kid ('70s).

Giant Cowboy

Giant Cowboy identical to the ones in Grove City. Easy to miss, but visible from 23 (High St.) right before Turkey Hill gas station.
