The mounted hide of a black bear that weighed 660 lbs alive was preserved behind glass at a gas station. The station (and bear) burned up in 2022.

The man who shot the bear owns the BP station. He shot it in 2009. It's only five pounds lighter than the world record stuffed black bear, which is also in a display case in Wisconsin.
