Inverness, Florida: Concrete Man of Citrus County

There is definitely a large man in Floral City. However, I question whether or not this is an actual muffler man. He seemed a bit short. I would say no more than 8ft. He was in what appeared to be somebody's front yard. There was no one around at the time I could talk to, but I did manage to get a couple of candid photos. He is quite beaten. I fear his captors have not paid attention to his needs. It is at times like this I wish there was a social services hotline I could call to report such neglect. If this kind of activity continues, I am afraid we are on the heels of yet another extinct tribe of Americanas.
