In the comforting wing span of the eagle, a woman appears to wrestle with a robot knight. It's actually meant to be biblical Jacob struggling and trying to extract a blessing from the Angel. Sculpted by Elmer P. Petersen for the local American Legion post, and installed in 1974 for the 1976 US Bicentennial.
