Thought you might like to know -- Weeki Wachee Springs is now offering visitors the opportunity to EXPERIENCE(!!) what it must be like to be a Weeki Wachee Mermaid firsthand. Complete with the opportunity to don the mermaid's tail and attempt to get air through underwater breathing tubes, it's offered daily in season at 1:30pm (doors open 15 minutes prior).
"Mermaid Fantasy Camp." Designed primarily for parents wanting someplace convenient to get kids out of their hair(?), the fantasy camp will offer kids the opportunity to learn about the Weeki Wachee Mermaids experience.
