Another Claes Oldenburg classic: the giant clothespin. Across the street from City Hall, right above the subway station. Some people say, if you look at it just right, you can see a couple embracing with a kiss. I'm old enough to know it's just a giant clothespin.

It is pretty giant. 15th Street and Market Street.

Philadelphians don't mind the clothespin as much as you do, for a very good reason. When we see it we don't see a clothespin -- we see two people kissing while embraced. View it from the side! Now, you should fall in love with it like we have.

The World's Largest Clothespin was right across from city hall, extremely easy to find. Had to take a picture across the street to get the entire thing in the photo.
