Mount Rushmore - No Dogs Allowed

Found out after paying and parking that dogs are no longer allowed in. There are two pet areas on the outside. Was told I could leave my dogs in the car. Got a refund and left without seeing anything more than what can be seen from the road.

Beyond amazing. A bucket list item for sure. Make sure you do it during the day and then again at 9 pm for the lighting ceremony.
