Bill Clinton was born in Hope's Julia Chester County Hospital on August 19, 1946 (his name was William Jefferson Blythe III, after his father, who passed away before Bill was born). The hospital was later demolished and a funeral home was built on the site. A flag pole and monument notes its important role in history.
