Deer Park, Maryland: Grover Cleveland's Honeymoon Cottage
After President Grover Cleveland's White House wedding in 1886, he and his bride snuck out of town for a few days to an impressive "cottage," which at the time was part of a luxury resort named the Deer Park Hotel. The resort is long gone, but the cottage remains as a private residence. You can't visit it, but there's a historical marker out by the road, with an arrow pointing to the house hidden in the trees.
