Chief Osceola Statue
If you are driving between Kansas City and Des Moines on I-29 you should stop at Osceola and see the tall wooden statue of the town's namesake, Chief Osceola. He is about 20 feet tall and sets near the intersection of the Highway 34 off-ramp going East. He is less than a a minute from the Interstate. The location is a great halfway point with several fill up options for gas or a meal.
