Warm Springs is an old charming town and worth a couple of days. Make sure you go to Little White House and also to the Polio Institute. The pools are still there and you can tour them and even swim them a couple of times of year. Most of the workers were working during FDR's time or even patients. Try and see if you can speak to Susie -- she's a wealth of information.

FDR had this house built in Warm Springs, GA since it was close to the polio rehab clinic where he was treated for many years. This is where he died in April 1945, just a couple months after his 4th term started.
