We stopped by to see the spring fed waters. The George Washington tub is tucked up by the rock wall. You can walk up to it and put your feet in it. There are several large areas to put your feet in, and a place many locals fill water bottles. We got a gift certificate for the warm baths close by as a gift.
[EC, 06/10/2022]The only outdoor relic of presidential bathing is along the west side of Berkeley Springs State Park. Before 1784 George Washington would bathe here, and wrote of his visits to the Springs on several occasions.
