"Beauty" is a landmark in my front yard, which is located 1 mile west of Meaford. The seat length is 11 meters (36 ft.) frame -- stands over 6 meters (18 ft.) and about 40 ft. by 11 ft. (footprint) -- and is a free standing unit (my definition of a porch swing). Just need 40 ft of front porch!
We built or "Beauty" from wind-blown downed trees, Mother Nature took them down and we reclaimed them, and most of metal parts, recycle and reuse (this was our biggest green project to date!
