Doesn't float on balloons, but it's an otherwise faithful full-size replica of Carl and Ellie's house in Pixar's animated movie "Up," built by a local developer and sold to a fan couple in 2011.

The occupant family has done a terrific job of creating beautiful gardens and lush landscape around this iconic house.
[Luv2RV, 08/25/2023]This house is a private residence in a normal neighborhood. A few quick pictures are allowed, but loitering is not. There is a sign on the gate that provides information for those who want an optional, scheduled photo session.

Built in 2011, it's a reasonably faithful external replica of the house made internationally buoyant by helium balloons in the Pixar animated film "Up." Sitting in an otherwise normal sub-development --the Up House is 2,800 sq. ft. with 4 bedrooms, two in the basement not seen in the movie, but one is decorated as Andy's room from "Toy Story."
