The Phoenix was an earthship you could rent, however it's now for sale. You can still visit the visitor center for a fee.

Some of the Earthships are available as nightly rentals. We spent three nights in the Phoenix. It was awesome -- a self-sustaining jungle in the middle of the desert. Delicious bananas growing in the living room. Very funky and cool.
