It's a decent sculpture, though a bit too commercial and intentionally removed from ever being a fun photo op.

Big Leaping Bass

I work for Holiday Signs (holidaysigns.com), which created the Big Leaping Bass. The fish is 27 feet tall on a base that's 24 feet high. It was sculpted out of fiberglass by a local artist, and is supported by two 8-inch steel poles. The owners' kids are the ones standing in front of the bass in your photo. Thanks for featuring our work; we're very proud of it.

Big Leaping Bass

A gargantuan bronze-like gaping bass is posed as if leaping with a splash from a cartoon lake. The sculpture, maybe 15 feet tall, stands atop an equally tall pedestal of rocks. It was built by the fiberglass craftsmen at FAST Corp (for Holiday Signs) to mark the entrance to Winding Brook, a combination retail-residential development with a Bass Pro Shops as its centerpiece. To give some sense of scale, a fishing pole proportional to the fish might be 100 feet tall.
