The Futuro House is still there, but it's pretty banged up and appears to have been abandoned for years. You can't access the inside as the only entry point is boarded up.

The Futuro House is in pretty rough shape now. A couple windows are broken, and you can see a tiny glimpse of one of the rooms through one.
